Indian Style: Vegetable Stir Fry


Ingredients
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of fine chopped Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Cumin Seeds
1 Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

1. Teaspoon of Coriander Powder
1/4 Chopped Onion

2 Chopped Chillies (Serrano Peppers)
1 Diced Tomato
2 Cups of Mixed Vegetables
Salt to taste

1. Heat the stone oil on medium high. Once heated add together cumin seeds, turmeric pulverisation too coriander pulverisation too stir for well-nigh nether a minute. 
2. Add too sautée garlic too onion till they are golden brown
3. Add tomato too light-green chillies [Serrano pepper] too stir a few times
4. Add the vegetables too stir till they are good mixed
5. Add common salt to taste
